How it works
Step 1: Connect your Gmail.
It’s read-only and takes a minute. You never share your password with us.
Step 2: Tell us about your kids.
Their schools, teachers, teams and activities. Every name helps us spot the right emails.
Step 3: Get one calm text on Sunday evening.
Plus a heads-up if something can’t wait.

A text when it can’t wait
If a deadline is close or plans change, we’ll tell you. We never text between 9pm and 7am.
- School Buddy: Heads-up: Emma’s game Saturday moved to 10am. Same field.

Ask about the schedule in your own words, the way you’d ask a friend.

Our promises
Plain and short. This is what we do with your email.
- School Buddy reads your email so it can find the school, team and club messages. Everything else is skipped and not kept.
- From those messages we save the dates, deadlines and to-dos, with a short line showing where each came from. The email itself is deleted after 30 days.
- We never sell your information, and we never use it to train anything.
- We only share it with the services we need to run School Buddy: hosting, email processing and text-message delivery. They can’t use it for anything else.
- Disconnect any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. “Delete everything” in Settings removes it all within 30 days.
